We specialize in commercial and multi-unit residential properties, including apartments, condominiums, and mixed-use buildings. Kyle grew up in Melfort, Saskatchewan, where hard work, accountability, and taking pride in your work were part of everyday life. In a small town, your reputation matters, and that mindset carries through in everything he does today.
With a hands-on approach, Kyle focuses on delivering reliable service, solving problems properly, and ensuring every job is completed to a high standard. His goal is simple: do the job right the first time and be someone clients can count on.
Justine grew up in Flin Flon, Manitoba, where strong family values, honesty, and work ethic were the foundation of everyday life. She brings that same mindset into the business, helping ensure the company runs with integrity, organization, and a strong focus on client relationships.
